This is a fast-paced position that requires you to be in constant communication with both candidates and clients, mostly via phone, so being a people-person is a must! No previous recruitment experience?

A day in the life as a Recruiter
Each day at HireLevel will be different but the focus will remain the same, placing candidates into jobs that turn into careers.

- Perform basic spill cleanup and housekeeping duties as directed. Perform basic volume calculations.
- May be required to lift up to 60 lbs. repetitively for extended periods of time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Obtain and deliver parts as needed
- Serve as fire watch during hot work
- Secure construction equipment and other needed tools for projects
- Assist with construction projects

Job Requirements :
