Role Description

• 3-5 Years of experience incident response services within an enterprise network security environment
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology or related disciplines; or have equivalent and direct experience with the management, operation, and direction of a network and / or security operations center

CISSP, CISM, or GCIH certifications are desired

• The position requires the employee to go into the office at a minimum 1 day a week in Bethesda, Maryland
• Assist in the development, implementation and oversight of SOC standard operating procedures used to guide daily activities of the operations center.

Utilize various security tools like Tenable Security Center, Symantec DLP, Netsparker, Penetration Testing, Service Now, Web Application Security, Data Loss Prevention, Incident Response, Forensics, Security Tool Evaluation, and Endpoint Protection (Cylance).

Monitor and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities and implement appropriate countermeasures

Job Description :

1. 5-10 years of Aerospace experience

2. Able to debug on the aircraft (UAS) at the flight test center (Byron AFB, east of San Francisco)

3. With Mission and Safety Critical application experience.

4. Experience in JAMA

5. Experience in C++ and Linux

Requirements :

• Experience with statistical data analysis and manipulation of large datasets (3+ years);
• Experience working with relational databases (3+ years);
• Experience programming in SQL or Structured Query Language (3+ years);
• Experience programming in SAS (3+ years);
• Experience working with data analysis tools and the organization of data analysis in Word, Excel, Access, SAS (2+ years);
• Experience with requirement elicitation techniques to gather and document requirements from stakeholders (2+ years);
• Experience with design and implementation of data quality improvement initiative (2+ years);
• Experience with the delivery of training in related field (2+ years);
• Experience using medical data standards (ICD-10 / SNOMED / RxNorm) (2+ years);

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields, biostatistics, informatics, health services research, management information systems, information technology.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Conduct meeting sessions with internal and external stakeholders to gather existing and needed data requirements for pre-hospital, hospital and post-hospital stroke data as directed by the Department;
• Conduct analyses (gap, implementation, process analyses) of current state of Florida's existing pre-hospital (Emergency Medical Services - EMS) stroke data collection methods and quality of data collection;
• Compile and analyze medical data using the Department's EMSTARS / Biospatial applications and analytical tools;
• Analyze and identify the data requirements and methodology to link EMS pre-hospital data with the Florida Stroke Registry;
• Create datasets / queries / reports of needed pre-hospital (EMS) data to support linkage efforts to the Florida Stroke Registry (FSR);
• Prepare reports, data summaries, and other written documentation of stroke surveillance activities as directed by the Department;
• Conduct quality improvement process analysis activities of the data collection processes of EMS stroke data collection or other related stroke data sources;
• Develop recommendations for the improvement of processes and / or data collection of stroke data and the integration of EMS data with other related stroke data sources;
• Provide technical assistance (Subject Matter Expert), outreach, presentations and training materials to improve the quality of data collection and use of Coverdell measures;
• Perform technical and procedural support for project stakeholders as directed by the Department;
• Attend status meetings and / or Joint Application Design sessions as directed by the Department;

Communicate in written format with project teams and internal stakeholders regarding project activities, deliverables, and status as directed by the Department.

• Data Scientist with experience in building optimization and machine learning models for oil & gas hydraulics use cases.
• Should be familiar with concepts like target flow rates, energy / utility costs, pump efficiency curves, Drag Reducing Agent (DRA) performance curves, DRA QA limits, DRA costs, and pipeline attributes.
• Should have experience in data science tools such as Python, R, PySpark, DASK etc.
