Requirements of this Physical Therapist Role :
- Active PT license
- 1+ year of experience within Rehab / LTC / SNF Setting
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association

Daily Responsibilities of a Medical Assistant :
The MAs will assist providers in the examination and treatment of patients following established standards and practices.
The Medical Assistants will provide care in triaging, collecting vital signs, blood draws, provide medication reconciliation, and more.
They will also work in the front of the office and will be checking patients in, answering calls, etc. Please keep in mind that they may have times where they’re working mostly at the front of the office and need to be adaptable with floating to the front and back of the clinic as needed.
Requirements for Medical Assistant :
At least 6 months of MA experience past their externship
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Articulate, organized, good communicator, can-do attitude
Phlebotomy Experience
Hours for this Position :
Monday Friday, from 8AM-4PM

HealthCare Support is currently seeking an experienced Patient Logistics Coordinator to fill an opening with a Fortune 100, Multistate Healthcare Organization.
This position is onsite in Glendale, CA .
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements for the Patient Logistics Coordinator role :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of hospital registration experience. Strongly prefer candidates that have bed management / logistics experience
- Insurance knowledge of all payers HMO, PPO, government
- Knowledge of insurance verification, authorizations and billing process
- Type 45 wpm 10 key by touch
- Must have thick skin and can do attitude! Comfortable working in hospital environment

Assignment details for the Patient Logistics Coordinator :
- Supports clinical bed management duties by ensuring system updates have been made in required IT systems for Admits, Transfers and Discharges
- Supports registration activities by printing necessary documentation (i.e., face sheets, patient armbands, and etc.), coordinating production with the facility caring for the patient
- Provides fax, phone, or electronic notification to payers of patient admissions and upgrades
- Identifies issues in need of escalation to corporate Financial Clearance staff and / or facility financial specialists
- Shift : 7am - 7pm (3x12 hour shifts) Must be flexible to work any day of the week, weekends and holidays

Requirements for a Medical Assistant :
- 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant; 5+ years for Float MA, in a primary care background
- Long tenures in job history
- Managed care background
- Experience with adults
- Skills required : Obtaining vital signs Manual blood pressure Documentation (ie : chief complaints) EMR experience Preventative care knowledge, like imaging and screenings Medication knowledge Lab knowledge (ie : orders and reporting results)
Hours for this Position :
Monday to Friday, 8am 5 : 30 pm (will work 40 hours / week)
