Social Worker 2 (SW 2)- Advanced

Pay Rate : $25 / hour

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Social Work from an Accredited Social Work Program or equivalent education and experience.

Basic computer skills to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Products.

Role Description :

Provide support services in areas such as conducting on-site monitoring reviews of long term living service providers to ensure that consumers are receiving appropriate care that meets State and Federal guidelines.

Review written documentation and meet with consumers and stakeholders to evaluate the quality of the services being provided.

Statewide travel required as necessary, including some overnights.

Pay Rate : $18 / hour

Shift details :

Days / 8hrs 30 minute lunch

Duties :

This Administrative Assistant position will be required to provide administrative support to nutritionists by developing and scheduling monthly program reviews.

This position will perform duties related to sponsor trainings and workshops such as, schedule meetings, set up conference rooms, verify training packages and answer inquiries from sponsors via email and phone.

Additionally, this Administrative Assistant position will use the Web-Based CACFP Information and Payment System (CIPS) to carry out the following job duties : review sponsor forms, meal counts and attendance records for accuracy.

Qualifications :

Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Programs and SharePoint are required. Experience with DocStar Eclipse (e-file management system) is preferred.

This position will not supervise, travel is not required.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide a variety of psychological services to individuals and groups in accordance with Article 153 of the Education Law.
  • May supervise unlicensed psychology staff and serve as the assistant director of a psychology program or department to a Principal or Chief Psychologist.
  • Evaluates and provide a variety of psychological services to individuals and groups, including specialized assessments and interventions.
  • Interview individuals and obtain and record personal data and information.
  • Develops, implements, monitors and revises treatment plants, interventions and programs.
  • Conducts and / or supervises individual and group psychotherapy or counseling sessions.
  • Evaluates individual's eligibility for services.
  • Maintains records and documentation consistent with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clinical leadership, program management, and training in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological disorders.

  • Monitor and coordinate psychological services and activities and reviews individual records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Function as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team and / or collaborates with other health care professionals and disciplines to achieve individuals' treatments goals.
  • Develops and conducts training.
  • Screens, selects and interviews internship candidates.
  • Maintains and participates in the development of policies, procedures and standards for psychological services.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
  • Must have up to date credentials in the state of CA
