Job Summary and Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY :
1. Under the general supervision of the Medical Technologist performs routine, complex or specialized bacteriological, hematological, chemical, immunological, serological and immunoassay procedures on body fluids.
2. Requires no supervision for processing specimens, performing testing, or reporting results. No review of patient results is required prior to reporting.
3. Maintains required competencies in all departments assigned.
4. Demonstrates accuracy for all testing performed.
5. Observes patient safety, risk management and infection control policies and procedures
6. Performs related quality control and required proficiency testing according to policy and procedure.
7. Fulfills the duty and responsibility to maintain competence and to continue personal and professional growth.
8. Identifies and assists with opportunities for performance improvement activities on the unit and with other service areas.
9. Demonstrates fiscal responsibility by taking ownership of time management, decreasing waste (of time and supplies) and promoting cost effectiveness while maintaining patient safety and quality of care.

Job Requirements :
Education required and / or preferred :
REQUIRED :
- Bachelor Degree in a Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Medical Technology / Clinical Laboratory Science (MT / CLS) from an accredited institution.
- Or be qualified under CLIA guidelines for MT / CLS.
- ASCP certification
Licensure / Certification
PREFERRED : MT or equivalent certification, or be currently eligible to sit for MT or equivalent certification exam preferred.
Experience required or preferred :
PREFERRED : One year clinical laboratory experience or equivalent clinical lab training.

The Case Manager (CM) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care by managing Rehabilitative care to ensure optimum outcomes.
The CM provides, coordinates, and directs care specific to the needs of each Rehab patient. The CM collaborates with the Rehab Program Director and Facility Case Management Director regarding departmental functions.

You will act as the coordinator of patient / family / caregiver education. You will promote the participation of the patient / family / caregiver in team discussions related to plans, goals, and status.
This will be conducted through Family Conferences and other interactions.
You will ensure the implementation of the patient's treatment plan that supports the patient's strengths, abilities, needs, and preferences.
You will facilitate the involvement of the patient throughout the rehabilitation process.

Job Summary and Qualifications
Delivers medically prescribed Physical Therapy in support of medical care as described by the primary physician. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient served.
Employee will be responsible for knowledge and skill necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety and related criteria for the neonate, infant child, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric population.
Evaluates all patients referred for physical therapy to establish treatment goals and treatment plan. Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team in helping the patient and their families achieve the highest level of functioning.
Supervises all patient care delivered by licensed assistants and for rehabilitation technicians. Participates in planning and implementing new services and staff development programs.
Actively participates in continuous quality improvement.
What qualifications you will need :
Minimum Education and Training :
- Graduate of / or certified by an accredited college or university with a major or curriculum in Physical Therapy as approved by the APTA.
- Must have successfully completed an approved clinical internship.

We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist like you to be a part of our team.
Job Summary and Qualifications
Plans, organizes, coordinates and administers treatments of patients referred to Occupational Therapy exercising professional judgment, knowledge and skills in managing treatment plans for the purpose of restoring physical function.
Supervises the work of support personnel. Participates in planning and implementing new services and staff development programs.
Prior to discharge initiate patient and family education for home exercise and care. Maintains open communication with other therapists, nurses, physicians, allied health professionals to deliver a team approach to each patient.
Participates in the department continuous quality improvement and strive to excel in customer relations. Develops occupational therapy programs and market services to physicians.
Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development as it relates to the different life cycles. Employee will be responsible for knowledge and skill necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety and related criteria for the neonate, infant / child, pediatric adolescent, adult and geriatric population.
What qualifications you will need :
Minimum Education and Training :
- Graduate of AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) accredited university or college with B.S. in Occupational Therapy.
- Successful completion of approved six months clinical internship.
- Successful completion of AOTCB certification examination for Occupational Therapist Registered.
Minimum Work Experience :
One year rehabilitation experience required
