Position Overview :
We are looking for an Environmental Supervisor for the HRS team in the Denver Metro area. Must effectively and safely oversee and manage all duties required for the removal of asbestos, mold, lead, and other demolition related material.

Responsibilities :
- Manage workers and temporary labor at job sites
- Complete required daily documentation
- Conduct safety toolbox talks and compliance to HRS safety policies
- Manage sign in sheets for all temporary labor sources
- Monitor progress and schedule expectations
- Monitor man hours allotted for project completion
- Ensure all demolition is clean, complete, and ready for rebuild
- Properly track and inventory equipment and materials used on projects
- Adhere to all State, OSHA, and EPA regulations
- Assist as needed with any mitigation emergencies
- Ensure project work meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry standards
- Work closely with tenants, property owners, property management, industrial hygienist, and general contractors
- Always provide the highest level of customer service
- All other duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications :
- Asbestos 40-hour supervisor certificate
- Must have asbestos Supervisor State ID
- 3 years or more asbestos / abatement experience
- Must have a valid Colorado Driver’s License and meet HRS MVR driving record standards
- Must be willing to travel locally and regionally
- Drug testing is required before the start of employment
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull at least 50 lbs.
- Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and external contacts throughout the project management process
Salary : The pay range for this position is $30.00-36.00 per hour. Supervisor Bonus Program based on project profitability.
The pay is to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, location where job is performed.
