Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a well-known company in Oklahoma City that is looking to add a Receptionist to its team! The pay for this role is $20 an hour.

Skills you need / what you will do :

• Must have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical duties and procedures
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are a must for this role
• Need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• This position will greet, assist and provide information to clients and guests. They will also assist the sales team with any and all tasks as needed.

Hartwig Staffing is working with a medical office in Oklahoma City looking for the perfect Part-Tim e Medical Assistant to add to their team.

Pay for this role is $17 an hour.

Skills you need / what you will do :

• Prefer someone who is currently certified as a Medical Assistant, not required
• 1-2 years of experience in a dermatology office setting preferred
• Posses and maintain a current CPR certification
• Knowledgeable of common dermatology procedures and terminology is a plus
• Can interact and communicate well with the team and patients
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possesses amazing attention to detail and is motivated to provide the best care possible
• This person will provide patient care and common dermatology procedures
• Support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication
