Job Summary

The Executive Recruiter supports client groups of our top business executives and will manage all aspects of the recruiting life-cycle for primarily Director and above-level positions throughout the enterprise.

This colleague will conduct nationwide executive level networking and pipelining to ensure the executive leadership team has a continual flow of proactive prospects.

The Executive Recruiter position is an integral member of the HR recruiting leadership team for assigned segments of the business, acting as the trusted advisor on strategic human resources (HR) and other matters which impact business results.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, or related field AND seven (7) years experience Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, or related field

High School Diploma or GED AND eleven (11) years experience Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (additional years of experience are in lieu of a Bachelors degree)

JOB SUMMARY :

The Financial Analyst II will take an important role in the analysis of the financial statement and the main drivers that contribute to the financial performance of the organization under the different lines of business.

He / she will assist in the planning and development of the annual operating and capital budget, quarterly operating forecasts, and financial projections.

Duties also include routine and ad hoc reporting, database management support, and budget to actual variance analysis. This role requires an analytical mindset, great attention to detail and the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing outcomes from various financial analysis that will be delivered to various levels of management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES

Essential Functions

Plays active role in planning and development of the Operating and Capital budget based upon strategic organizational goals.

Performs in-depth analysis of the main budget drivers of the financial performance and identify potential initiatives oriented to reduce organizational expenses and improve operating margin.

Supports management in the preparation of financial models oriented to evaluate feasibility of capital investments and development of new lines of business.

Assist in preparation of Quarterly forecast and financial projections for the organization.

Assists in the preparation of company level variance analysis involving detailed review of consolidated financial statements, medical expenses trends, IBNR analysis and revenue analysis.

Prepares budget to actual analysis for each administrative department in the organization and identified main drivers impacting budget to actual performance.

Assists in ROI evaluation of projects oriented to generate cost savings to the organization, preparation of cost benefit analysis when replacing new technologies or changing processes, development of KPI s to effectively support HR in implementation of workforce planning strategy and any other ad hoc analysis oriented to achieve operational efficiencies and improve profitability.

Provides support in ad hoc reporting and analysis related to revenue and medical expenses experience, business units KPIs, database management and benchmarking related analysis.

Provides support to leadership evaluating reasonableness of financial indicators and trends on an ongoing basis.

Marginal Functions :

Assist in training and mentoring of junior analysts as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education / Specialized Training / Licensure : Bachelor degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics required.

MHA or MBA preferred.

Work Experience (Years and Area) : 3+ years managed care experience, financial analysis, and Healthcare Finance required.

Management Experience (Years and Area) : No required

Software Proficiencies : Advance proficiency in Excel,

3+ years experience with SQL. Basic knowledge of Power Point and Microsoft Word. Knowledge of dashboard tools as Power BI or Tableau required.
