We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquistion Partner / Recruiter - Hybrid Remote (home / office) for our growing Talent Acquisition team.
This individual will be supporting Hanger Corporate by screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified applicants to hiring managers for specified positions with emphasis on matching specific candidates with Accouting and Finance positions.
You'll be expected to understand and support the recruiting needs of the hiring managers. As a corporate recruiter you will serve as a liaison for the Human Resources Department with special emphasis on performing full lifecycle recruiting and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates.
Your Impact :
- Recruiting efforts will be focused on Accounting and Finance roles. Review resumes and candidate credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Administer applicant tracking system including creating requisitions, performing post-offer tracking, and developing ad hoc reports as requested.
- Provide exceptional service and full lifecycle recruiting for the assigned job openings.
- Confer with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.
- Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and the position.
- Prescreen candidates. Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval.
- Interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course of study and a minimum of one (1) year of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions is required OR
High School diploma and 5 years of related experience that may include paid employment, internships, or work-study assignments providing hands on exposure to recruiting, marketing, sales, or human resource functions.
- A valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS is strongly preferred.

We are seeking a Public Relations Assistant - Part-Time . This position that will provide general social media, public relations and communications support as directed, and has the potential to transition into a permanent role dependent on business needs.
Tasks may include but are not limited to : monitoring relevant social media platforms and tools, drafting social media and traditional media content, social media advertising, social media community management, and assisting in other department duties as needed.
Reporting to the External Communications Manager, the Public Relations Assistant must have a communications background with solid organization, project management, editing, and content creation skills.
Preference will be given to candidates located in either Austin, Texas or Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
Your Impact :
- Provide general communications support, with a focus on social media, as identified by External Communications Manager.
- Monitor social media platforms and tools for the company, in addition to traditional media coverage, as needed.
- Research and draft social media content, as well as content for other communications materials as needed (press pitches, newsroom releases, etc.
coordinate proofing with departments / colleagues as needed to ensure content is accurate.
- Create social media videos, as needed.
- Post social media content and create and monitor targeted social media advertising.
- Conduct media research, engage in media list building and handle special PR projects as requested.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field
- Able to produce proofed and researched content that is clear and concise on deadline
- Experience with social media video creation preferred
- Integrates with corporate culture; represents the organization in the highest manner possible
- Eye for detail
- Excellent writing, proofing and editorial skills. Fluent in AP Style.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to prioritize projects according to enterprise objectives, while exhibiting flexibility in a fast-paced, often pressured environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 1+ years’ relevant experience within a corporate communications environment, a public relations / communications agency, or similar a plus
- Experience in a healthcare setting a plus
