Host / Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.

Responsibilities :
- Able to acknowledge the guest with an enthusiastic welcome and sincere goodbye.
- Prepares / maintains a list of guests waiting to be Records guest name and number of guests in party. Provides estimate of waiting time.

The bartender’s role is to provide Guest First service at all times, making the Guest the heart and passion of all they do.
This includes friendly and timely interaction with Guests and Team Members, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, suggestive selling, answering questions, taking and delivering the Guests’ order, cooperative service, and following up to ensure each Guest receives their correct food and / or drink order.
