The Director of Digital Marketing is a critical member of the GXO Communications team. We are looking for a creative, results-oriented Marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment to develop and execute marketing programs to drive sales and brand equity for GXO.
In this role, you will partner closely with internal business and sales leaders, the Communications team, as well as external agency partners to develop persuasive content and brand campaigns in support of business priorities with measurable results.

What you’ll do on a typical day :
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns in support of regional go-to-market, brand and growth objectives
- Lead the design and execution of the go-to-market marketing strategy in the U.S.
- Develop content marketing strategy and engaging content with persuasive storytelling across multiple formats and channels, including marketing campaigns, social media, website, email, video, case studies, etc.
- Deliver the vision and content strategy for GXO’s website (gxo.com) to articulate GXO’s value proposition to key audiences, including customers, prospects, investors and employees
- Identify and manage brand partnerships and media sponsorship opportunities
- Assess positioning relative to trends and competitors to identify white space opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Actively collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Operations teams and other functional leads to identify opportunities for growth, build selling stories, support planning and program execution
- Manage external media, content and agency relationships
- Align business teams on relevant programs and strategies
- Leverage data and analytics to uncover insights to inform strategy, content / campaign creation and optimization
- Summarize and communicate campaign impact, lessons learned and incorporate learning into future campaigns
- Act as internal subject matter expert and thought leader for all aspects of digital marketing to raise the level of strategic thinking and marketing creativity and ensure we are utilizing current techniques and tools to maximize the impact of our marketing efforts
What you need to succeed at GXO :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 10+ years of digital and marketing experience
- B2B marketing experience
- Campaign development experience across all marketing channels, with deep digital marketing expertise
- Content marketing strategy and development expertise
- Knowledge of website management, SEO and analytics tools
- A positive can do’ attitude, proactive and motivated, takes initiative
- A passion for creative storytelling, including writing and developing engaging content
- Integrated marketing experience, including media, sponsorships, print and event marketing
- Email marketing experience
Warehouse Supervisor

- Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
- Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service

- Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
- Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
- Implement continuous improvement action plans

At a minimum, you’ll need :
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
It’d be great if you also have :
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
- 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
- Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

What you’ll do on a typical day :
- Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time
- Review workload and assign tasks to employees
- Properly train and coach the warehouse team and provide positive developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvement actions as needed
- Correctly utilize warehouse management system and maintain appropriate work documents
- Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service
- Correctly interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
- Safely operate various equipment and tools
- Provide support and backup to warehouse management
What you need to succeed at GXO :
At a minimum, you’ll need :
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- 1 year of SAP experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
It’d be great if you also have :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
- 1 year of experience as a supervisor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This job requires the ability to :
- Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
- Take a reach truck or cherry picker to a height of 23+ feet
- Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
Driver Non

What you’ll do on a typical day :
- Safely operate, transfer and deliver freight utilizing a box truck and / or other equipment
- Move 53 ft. trailers in and out of loading doors.
- Operate material handling equipment to load and unload materials in a safe manner
- Maintain required documentation, including daily logs, vehicle inspection records, mileage, unloading and shipping records
- Conduct thorough and accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections and provide documentation upon completion; ensure proper closure of trailers
- Provide basic equipment maintenance and report equipment malfunctions as necessary
- Properly secure loads and ensure all loads are within weight limits
What you need to succeed at GXO :
At a minimum, you’ll need :
- Current DOT medical card
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past 2 years
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- At least six months of recent DOT regulated (CDL or non-CDL) driving experience

- Patrol all areas of the buildings by foot and vehicle as required
- Monitor security cameras and conduct daily physical hazard inspections
- Defuse disturbances and escort individuals from the property if necessary
- Conduct initial investigation reports and gather evidence as directed by security leadership
- Walk through and around the exterior of the buildings conducting safety hazard and security audits
- Complete incident reports related to security and in collaboration with security leadership
- Maintain a safe work environment

Knowledge and experience with security systems
It’d be great if you also have :
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights and / or weekends
- 1 year of security or loss prevention experience
- Strong analytical skills
