As a Product Manager with Qsight, you will be a key member of the team responsible for orchestrating the development of our new analytics-focused product and skillfully guide the product roadmap to help our customers achieve continued success.

This role will be highly cross functional, working to drive clarity across the R&D, engineering and sales / marketing. You will work with the team to leverage a range of proprietary healthcare data and build innovative solutions for the world’s leading medical device companies driving patient access to new and leading medical devices.

What You’ll Do :

Be key member of the Qsight team and help to spearhead the building our next generation product from the ground up

Recognize, understand, and document client needs, and work with engineering and R&D teams to translate those needs into features and functionality

Contribute to the product vision and roadmap while executing product strategy at a tactical level

Understand competitive landscape and help define strong value proposition

Serve as a primary point of contact for all significant issues related to the product line

Be a problem solver and overcome roadblocks and challenges as they arise

Contribute technical feedback on system and data architecture, represent the voice of the customer when reviewing UX and UI designs

What You Have :

Proven entrepreneurial mindset is required along with a drive to build, solve problems, and innovate in fast-paced environment

Drive to create, innovate and collaborate with world-class data team

Experience with building data-driven products and solutions (etl development requirements, etc.)

Minimum of 3 years of relevant product management experience (with some at a managerial level a plus)

Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders, external customers and developers

Expertise in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, product roadmaps

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration software systems

Plus, foundational knowledge of languages / technologies for performing data modeling (SQL, Python)

Fluency with rapid-prototyping tools such as Figma, Marvel or similar, also a plus

Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills and proclivity for meticulous organization

Bachelor’s Degree in qualitative field or equivalent, Master’s degree (MBA) strongly preferred

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other executives. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the senior management teams;

organizes and coordinates executive outreach, and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

This person will report directly to the CEO.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality
  • Manage CEO’s daily calendar of meetings and events.
  • Work closely with CFO, Director of HR, Facilities Management and Personal Assistant to CEO
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executive
  • Welcome the Executive’s guests by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or directing inquiries
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with
  • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters
  • Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment
  • Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance
  • Organize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issues
  • Prepare expense reports on a regular basis

What You Have :

  • Bachelors degree highly preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience required
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings

What We Have :

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.

Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
