JOB SUMMARY
Provide guests with a dining experience appropriate to historic dining room in the national park. Greet, take food and drink
orders from and serve all guests in assigned section of dining room in a fast, courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
Ensure correct billing procedures and provide excellent service to guests, ensuring level of service meets the company’s
standards. May be scheduled for any or all of all three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Greet guests promptly and politely; answer questions about the menu, take food and beverage orders
- Check patron identification to ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage service requirements

JOB SUMMARY
Be the pride of Flamingo! The Property Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and attractiveness of all public areas within the unit (employee housing, marina, eco-tents, houseboats, and campgrounds).

JOB SUMMARY
Provide overnight security by conducting and documenting regular rounds of all areas of Flamingo Adventures including Marina, Campgrounds, and Employee Housing.
Maintain quiet hours and fire watch as management representative, respond to fire alarms. Ensure that all assigned areas are locked and secured.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Conduct complete and thorough rounds throughout Flamingo Adventures.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Patrol campgrounds, marina, eco-tent area, and employee housing.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Monitor noise levels in guest areas and employee housing, respond as needed.
- Call NPS Dispatch in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Circulate among guests and employees to preserve order and protect property.
- Performs such other related duties as directed or required.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
- Partial High School education required; High School Diploma / required.
- Previous security or related experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to respond to and resolve noise and other disturbances in a professional and appropriate manner.

JOB SUMMARY
The Housekeeper performs skilled and routine maintenance and tasks necessary to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the unit.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Clean assigned areas as directed by management and in compliance with the Company’s green initiatives.
- Change linens and make beds.
- Clean, organize, and wash dishes, and all appliances, in kitchen area.
- Dust and clean all furniture, picture frames, mirrors, windows, baseboards, carpet edges, inside and outside door panels, door ledges, and thresholds.
- Pull trash from trash receptacles. Replace trash bags as needed. Clear trash from tables and floors / grounds.
- Clean and vacuum under beds, desk, and behind night stands.
- Check and replace all missing items in rooms, including soaps, shampoos, conditioners, hangers, clocks, ice bucket liners, hair dryers, brochures, and stationery, etc.
- Clean and ensure bathtubs, tub ledges, sinks, vanity shelves, toilets, bathroom scales, tissue box covers, and soap dishes are spot, mold, mildew, and dust free.
- Sweep and mop all floors.
- Dust all lights and sconces, make-up mirrors, and lampshades.
- Perform laundry duties as assigned.
- Notify Supervisor of all quality control issues or needed repairs pertaining to the housekeeping of the facility.
- Set up and break down of pet crates, and cleaning of pet hair and dander.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

JOB SUMMARY
The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the General Manager and Operations Manager in all aspects of housekeeping operations and property management to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals, company initiatives, and guest satisfaction.
In addition, the Housekeeping Supervisor assists in cultivating a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage and coordinate housekeeping functions for unit.Analyze and plan housekeeping programs and schedules to ensure adequate manning, supplies, and equipment for routine and scheduled duties.
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.Handle guests’ complaints and solve them according to customer service standards.
- Manage recruiting, supervising, training, scheduling, disciplining, reviewing, and directing the housekeeping staff at the direction of the General Manager.
- Assist with determining fiscal requirements and preparing departmental budget; monitor, verify, and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds.
- Evaluate and make recommendations concerning cleaning products and equipment; order and maintain sufficient inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Maintain and ensure safe facility environment including standards for maintenance and upkeep of unit’s equipment, housekeeping, sanitation, dress, cash control, and employee safety and hygiene.
Notify General Manager of all unusual events, circumstances, or other safety or quality control issues.Ensure all printed material on chemicals are posted and that the facility is in compliance with OSHA requirements.
Maintain awareness of safety issues, and report them immediately to your manager.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
- High School Diploma or GED preferred. Bachelor’s or Business Degree preferred.
