House cleaning and chore worker

The correct candidate will be in charge of making a clean and organized home for our clients. This person will declutter, organize, and assist with maintaining cleanliness of the client’s home among various other tasks such as ensuring the safety of the home and living environment.
Responsibilities of the Heavy Chore Aide may include, but are not limited to : Basic cleaning of client home Deep cleaning of home, which is more intensive.
It takes care of dirt and grime that has accumulated over time. Heavy vacuuming and / or shampooing of carpets. Cleaning of major appliances such as : stoves / ovens, refrigerators, microwave ovens, etc.
Packing and unpacking of boxes and assisting client with organization and declutter. Responsible for all areas of the home : basement, attic, etc.
Bathroom cleaning, which may involve cleaning the bathroom walls, the bathtub and showerhead, the toilet, cabinets and sink area.
Ensure safety standards in a client’s home by performing tasks such as rearranging furniture and removing unwanted items.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
We are looking for a caregiver to care for our clients in Waltham. This is a perfect position for someone looking to work part-time or mother's hours.
We can also accommodate full time schedules if desired. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills.
You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. Responsibilities Med reminders Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene. Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able) Assist with client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop.
Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own. Be a pleasant and supportive companion. Report any unusual incidents.
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Skills Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
