Summary :
EssenceMediacom is seeking an experienced Art Director with proven success in memorable and stand out campaign creation to join a team in redefining advertising in a digital age.
Most critically the Art Director must be idea oriented, incredibly conceptual and understand what it means to move a business forward.
The Art Director reports to a Creative Director and works alongside the Client Services, Strategy and Technology Teams. They are responsible for creative driven campaign concepts aligned with a clear strategy.
They are also responsible for overseeing projects through to execution, presenting work to executive level client stakeholders, and representing the EssenceMediacom’s design process and integrity at all stages of an engagement.
Responsibilities
- Direct client interaction experience with the ability to build relationships, understand client vision / direction and present designs and concepts.
- Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interaction design as well as a solid understanding of designing intuitive user interfaces, and navigation.
Our projects require people who can start at good ideas and push them until they are great.

Qualifications
- An exceptional, award winning, diverse portfolio that demonstrates a proven track record in the industryand showcases hands on experience creating exceptional digital brand experiences
- 3+ years of experience at a top digital agency in an Art Director role or similar.
- Experience working collaboratively with Designers and Copywriters to build great user and brand experiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications; or equivalent professional work experience
- Strong desire to define the look and feel of what is next in visual and interaction design and an interest in the latest design trends, and technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to interface with clients as well as work with teams internally.

Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Executive Creative Director (Copy) to joinEssenceMediacom’s Creative Futuresteam. In this role, you will provide overall integrated creative leadership across a core team is made up of multi-disciplinary client teams, strategists, creatives, engineers and integrated producers.
Your primary focus will be crafting and building programs inboth traditional and non-traditional media formats and emergingtech platforms through bespoke execution, and partnership with world class partners.
You will work in hand in hand with our media and creative teams as well as some of the best marketing experts in the industry.
You are a maker and have the ability to develop and work on a broad range of creative tactics rooted in media. You understand creative technology and are a new wave, multi-hyphenate creative.
You also have experience in the tech category, in either hardware or software.
The ideal candidate will have an obsessive passion for delivering world-class ideas. As a creative steward of our client’s brands, you will strive to understand the brand's voice to establish and guide the style and tone of communication.
You will play an active role in ideation, determined to roll up your sleeves, and be intimately involved in the work, to deliver world-class creative concepts applicable across all platforms.
You will set creative direction and offer hands-on guidance across creative, multidiscipline, and client teams and projects.
You will exhibit a deep understanding of innovative and effective omnichannel communications by ensuring the quality of work produced by the creative and multidisciplinary teams is of the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and outside partners, identifying potential roadblocks and solutions
- Provide direction, solutions, and guidance to ensure ideas are tied to strategy, pushing for award-winning and time-sensitive ideas
- Establish a high standard of creative excellence across disruptive, big ideas that are rooted in media
- Stay on top of global cultural trends and tech in order to develop timely ideas
- Be passionate about innovative thinking, and encourage others to generate fresh thinking
- Ensure that creative ideas are executed in an exceptional way; be in touch with the big picture as well as the nitty-gritty details
- Supervise, support, and inspire creative management leaders.

- Required to collaborate with creative strategy on crafting creative briefs. Listen to and respond to client briefs, understanding where / if there are gaps.
Instinctively knows what questions to ask during initial briefing session in order to act upon it, understands how to respond to a brief both creatively, and strategically
- Lead by example to inspire creative and multidisciplinary teams to spark pioneering ideas and concepts
- Play an active leading role in brainstorming and idea generation and communicates ideas and thoughts clearly.
- Establishes and / or oversees art and copy direction, style and tone of communication.
- Able to learn fast in a fast paced, ever evolving creative landscape, and can apply new skills and experience to work practices to help improve processes and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications; or equivalent professional work experience

- Expert knowledge of standard design software (Adobe suite, etc.)

Overview :

About the role :
The Manager of Commerce Strategy will play a key role in delivering best-in-class solutions across GroupM agencies.
This role will have a basic understanding of the capabilities of commerce platforms including retail media networks, adtech partners & data suppliers, and will assist in solving complex business problems through simplified POVs - identifying product, process or solution opportunities based on client needs and unlocking new growth opportunities across channels for clients.
As a member of the GroupM Commerce team, and reporting into the Director of Commerce Strategy, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple client accounts, work with retail partners and support highly dynamic cross-functional project teams.
This role will have the ability to infuse the best of our network capabilities into our client’s day-to-day deliverables.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and problem-solving is necessary to be successful in this role.
Your Impact :
- Contribute to upleveling account management with key agency stakeholders to improve how we serve GroupM Commerce clients across agencies
- Support agency teams (including investment, search, social, programmatic, data and analytics) to deliver comprehensive solutions that accomplish client’s business objectives
- Support the integration and partnership between commerce media and brand media to develop holistic end-to-end media plans for clients
- Manage relationships to ensure development & delivery of first-to-market solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in Retail & commerce media, cascade POVs on changing industry dynamics
- Engage with and assist internal and external leaders, including across WPP agencies, technology providers and retailers to develop go-to-market solutions
- Assist in developing Commerce and Retail Media content for the organization including educational trainings, POVs & frameworks.
- Lead the adoption of GroupM Commerce for new business and existing accounts
Your Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Ability to execute effective media plans that achieve business objectives
- Drive to learn and understand the retail landscape and the latest trends in commerce media
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal teams and external partners
