Our client is a premier, SQF certified supplier of gluten free baked goods for over 20 years to an expanding segment of the food industry.

Their products can be found in major chains and health stores across the country. We are currently seeking Production Line Packers.

Work Description of the Production Worker

• Pack product while always keeping food safety in mind.
• Document work for product traceability.
• Able to identify various allergens in facility to prevent potential cross contamination.
• Maintain a clean work environment by performing basic sanitation.
• Effectively and safely operate equipment as required.
• Perform all duties necessary to meet standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required as Essential of the Production Worker

• Thorough understanding of food safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• The ability to read, write, and comprehend information provided to them. Maintain records to ensure control.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule required.
