Division Description :

The Folding Carton Division is an industry leading manufacturer of folding cartons for food, beverage, tissue, hardware, confectionary, and many other industries.

Employing around 300 people, this facility designs, prints, and manufactures folding cartons, trays, and counter displays for a broad range of products and customers.

Position Overview :

This position will be dedicated to working closely with our Sales Representatives and Customers to meet our customer’s needs.

This role interacts with customers relative to the quoting of products, placement of orders, pricing, deliveries, complaints, and technical recommendations.

Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Managing multiple accounts
  • Processing and expediting orders
  • Quoting, including CAD layout
  • Maintaining vendor managed inventory programs
  • Managing finished goods inventory
  • Handling complaints and quality concerns
  • Coordinating timely deliveries

Project Manager/Management

Division Description : The Fort Worth Division is strategically located in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex to conveniently service businesses in the Texas markets, and is an industry-leading, fully equipped corrugating plant that manufactures a wide range of corrugated packaging products. Position Overview :

Lead company wide continuous improvement effort by providing engineering and project management support including concept development, design, estimating, vendor / contractor management, purchasing, installation, and execution.

Opportunity area may include, but are not limited to :

  • Equipment and process optimization
  • Optimizing building automation
  • Optimizing electrical distribution and other utilities
  • Managing electrical control / drive / servo system "Life Cycle" concerns
  • Working with Corporate IT professionals to develop an operations based data strategy
  • Lead facility efforts to develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year capital plan

This position will also develop corporate engineering standards when appropriate to help educate and drive improvements in safety, productivity, quality, and cost control.

Provide engineering support as needed to address reliability, process, and / or breakdowns.

Coordinate educational programs to support the activities above as required.

The position is based in Fort Worth, Texas and will support multiple regional facilities providing a unique opportunity to learn / understand our industry from multiple viewpoints, face new challenges on a daily basis, and work with a level of autonomy.

Qualifications :

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred

  • Lean / 6 sigma skills or equivalent problems solving training
  • Corrugated industry knowledge a plus

Additional Requirements

Ability to work with "state of the art" as well as "legacy" control systems. Examples include :

  • Working knowledge of common industrial networks (Ethernet / IP, Profinet, Modbus)
  • Working knowledge of Rockwell and Siemens Automation platforms, common processor types, and I / O configurations
  • Working Knowledge of common PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, function block diagrams, sequential flow charts
  • Theoretical understanding of AC and AC Servo drive systems
  • Rudimentary understanding of IT systems and their interactions with industrial networking systems
