Requirements
Active state license : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique challenges and mental health issues prevalent among hospital patients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with a diverse medical community.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices and brief therapy models suitable for a hospital counseling center environment.
