• Answering a Multi-line switchboard
• Greeting all guests as they come in to the dealership
• Assisting the management team with projects as needed
• Performing clerical and light accounting duties as assigned
• Ordering office and other general supplies for the companyQualifications :
• Friendly and welcoming personality
• Professional and articulate phone skills
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
