Gordon Ramsay North America is adding a Recruiter to our growing team. This individual will be responsible for engaging with leading talent in the hospitality industry and will focus on development of search strategies, identifying, sourcing, and evaluating prospective candidates, interviewing and recommending candidates, conducting reference and background checks, and the full-cycle process of onboarding new hires.

The Recruiter will report to the Director, Human Resources and source, hire, and onboard a variety of field positions. They will drive the full-cycle recruitment process and support store management in their hourly recruitment needs.

The ideal candidate will be organized, collaborative, work with urgency, and be innovative. Previous recruiting experience in a hospitality environment is preferred.

Must have working knowledge of appropriate laws and regulations that affect recruiting.

Digital Marketing Manager

Gordon Ramsay North America is adding a Digital Marketing Manager to our growing team. This position will be based in our corporate office located in Irving, TX.

This position will oversee and execute tasks related to managing the digital strategy of the marketing department.

This person will perform job duties including but not limited to : website management and product management, paid digital media - paid social, SEM, digital display, search engine optimization, email marketing, CRM program management, own the digital tools, content development, social and digital media content strategy, creation, curation, publishing, and planning.

This person will also oversee freelance hourly content creators in each market for local video and still content quantity as well as handle brand content for all brands.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media experience and has preferably worked in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

This person will also have strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google My Business, Hootsuite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Website Content Management Systems, and Google Documents.
