Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

Under the direction of the beverage managers and supervisors, the bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to patrons and cocktail servers in accordance with established policy and procedures on an assigned shift.

• Exhibit all conduct in accordance with Golden Nugget policies and procedures, as well as all Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Responsible for knowing beverage brand selections, drink menus and drink recipes.
• Prepare, garnish and serve all beverages in accordance with established procedures.
• Responsible for checks issued to him / her and acts as a cashier in front and service bars.
• Responsible for the receipt of monies and settlement of guest checks in accordance with all appropriate policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in bar areas at all times.
• Maintain a work environment that is safe, professional, friendly and conducive to a high level of productivity and performance.
• Amicably resolve guest challenges or problems in a fast paced environment.
• Maintain excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations with guests, vendors, visitors and fellow employees.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management and / or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a bartender in a high volume lounge or restaurant environment.
• Casino bartender experience preferred.
• Active Responsible Server certification required.
• Professional bartender certification strongly preferred, coursework in mixology from an accredited institution highly desirable.
• Demonstrated successful performance in a guest service role.
• Experience servicing large numbers of guests in a public environment.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Must have solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal communication skills are required.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment. Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationships with all individuals.

Ability to work occasional overtime and irregular hours.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

Under the direction of the Valet Manager, the incumbent is accountable for parking and retrieving vehicles as requested by patrons.

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Provide claim check and instructs guests on how to reclaim vehicle.
• Park guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide travel directions and information on property events and promotions.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions with require attention and or repair.

Obeys all traffic laws on and off property.

• Greet arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s) and offers assistance, if appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

SUMMARY : To stock and maintain all food and beverage and non-food items stored in the Food and Beverage Storeroom; fill requisitions for all food and beverage outlets within The Golden Nugget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 1.Pull requisitions, fill orders for all departments within the hotel from a worksheet.

2.Follow (FIFO) First In First Out standards.3.Unload trucks coming into warehouse; check items and stock them in their proper location.

4.Drive to hotel and unload orders; pick up items from the hotel to be brought back and stored at the warehouse.5.Rearrange stock in new and old locations and change in computer, if needed.

6.Take temperature readings of all storeroom refrigeration and freezers, report any malfunctions to supervisor.7.Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested and assist as needed at offsite Main Street Warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS / Education & / or Experience : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
