About the role :
GoHealth is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join its InfoSec department. This person will play an integral role in ensuring protection of our network and data.
This candidate will oversee and delegate to the group major initiatives and be involved in strategy, planning, vendor selection, assessment and implementation.
This person has the opportunity to implement infosec strategies with major impact across our organization. This person will report into our Sr.
Director of IT Security
What you’ll do :
- The Candidate will develop and test patches to fix Software, Hardware and Firmware vulnerabilities
- The Candidate will concentrate on vulnerability management including analysis and remediation of IAVMs, Cyber Tasking Orders (CTOs), Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), Vendor Patches and STIG configurations
- Documentation and verification of all installation and configuration steps
- Develop test plans / procedures for software integration and unit test
- Work with software developers and / or vendors as needed to help diagnose and identify the root cause of problems found during system integration
- Submit problem reports for errors found per Agile processes and coordinate daily integration activities
- Installing and unit testing Cyber Products
- Providing redlines to engineers and feedback to Cyber Leadership will be required as part of this position responsibilities
- Documenting lessons learned, best security engineering practices, and industry standards will be required in daily tasks as well
What we’re looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience required, with expertise in security architecture design, network security, mobile security, vulnerability management, threat intelligence / analysis, and risk management.
- CISSP or CISM Required
- Experience with vendor selection
- Superior collaboration, communication, people management, and coaching skills
- In-depth understanding of relevant frameworks and regulations including HIPAA, SOX, and NIST
- Ability to translate complex technology and security information into understandable business risks
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus and execute iteratively as a pragmatic change agent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Senior Copywriter, Performance Advertising will manage GoHealth’s direct to consumer, and brand marketing messaging.
You will translate sales and messaging objectives into powerful, conversion-driving short-form copy across digital and offline mediums.
What You’ll Do
- Concept and write conversion-driving copy for ad campaigns including paid and organic social, digital, direct mail and other direct response formats, etc
- Partner with key stakeholders, marketing channel owners, and creative leadership in iterative approach to develop messaging to achieve business results
- Drive brand consistency through ongoing implementation of brand voice and tone for copy
- Develop value propositions from product insights and market research
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop strong ad concepts and be a key voice in entirety of the creative process
- Work with marketing channel owners and media buyers to iterate based on advertising performance and KPIs
- Innovate through copy testing and experimentation
- Analyze work pragmatically to drive improvements
- Suggest ways to enhance website and other content
- Collaborate on long-form content with internal Medicare Subject Matter Experts
- Edit website content or Medicare educational articles and posts as needed
- Leverage competitive and advertising intelligence tools like DRMetrix, iSpot, and Competiscan
What We’re Looking For
A portfolio showcasing short-form campaign work is required for consideration for this role .
- 5+ years of copywriting experience working for an agency, in-house at a brand, or freelance for B2C advertisers, preferably with a focus on direct response style.
- A commitment to producing a constant flow of engaging content and advertising concepts
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a high stakes work environment
- A self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to give, accept, and apply feedback
- Strong understanding of SEO
- Experience writing for industries like healthcare, fintech, or a highly regulated industry is a must
- A BA in advertising, marketing, English, or creative writing is preferred, but not required.

- Create strategic briefs and partner with creative teams to translate those briefs into compelling ad copy, visual assets, and landing pages for use in all digital campaigns
- Oversee the mentorship and guidance of two analysts through critical feedback and delegation of relevant responsibilities
What we’re looking for :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-5+ years of experience in direct response, performance-based digital advertising
- Managed minimum budget size of $10-$20M annually
- 1-2+ years of mentorship; direct management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
