This is a clinical management position, responsible for the oversight and supervision of all nurses and medical assistants.
Provides leadership and works with the clinical teams to provide health care services to patients of GMA. Works as a liaison between administration and department staff for administrative efficiencies and smooth operations.
Exercises frequent independent judgment in monitoring the day-to-day clinical operations. Is a member of a fast-paced company with an emphasis on patient care, customer service and teamwork.
Reports directly to Medical Director a Family Physician, who works as a liaison to the Practice Administrator and Executive Committee.
Estimated : 40-45 Hours a week depending on varied workload and staffing levels, 4-5 days a week.
Requirements :
- Three (3) years clinical experience as RN, PA, or RMA in an outpatient setting Family Practice (required)
- 2 Years Previous management or Leadership experience (Healthcare Preferred)
- Strong understanding and ability to use Practice Management System and Electronic Health Record
- Strong verbal and written communication are essential to job performance.
- Must be able to deal effectively with departmental and interdepartmental problems as they arise.
