We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Team. In this role you will be responsible for managing a Team of Warehouse Associates and oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.
You will ensure the receiving, storage and restocking of products from suppliers and other sources.
Our Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business or similar discipline required.
- At least 2 years of experience in distribution required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with State laws.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Your Responsibilities
- Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
- Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
- Replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
- Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
- Supervises Warehouse Lead Workers or Warehouse Workers to ensure timely reports of products billed to retailers, but not shipped, to insure timely preparation of credit memos.
- Reports on building security, vehicle security and warehouse loading productivity.
- Assist Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
- Schedules and oversees warehouse staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
- Monitors expenditures; implements corrective actions if needed.
- Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
- Resolves routine equipment issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to twenty-five pounds at times.

Warehouse worker
Overview
The Warehouse Worker is a combination of worker and warehouse checker duties including verifying the accuracy of loads gathered by the picking process.
The warehouse worker checker will stage loads, prepare loads for routes and seal the trucks prior to sending out to stores.
- Review load and plan the work load
- Conduct layer process review, review order selectors and manage picking process. Check for accuracy from picker
- Stage load and prepare for loading of trucks
- Start the loading process, park and seal all trucks
- Load delivery trucks and other outbound shipments of billed orders
- Fill case and bottle orders for products
- Restock daily bottle and case inventory sold
- Meet schedules and timelines
- Participate in inventory counts as directed
- Understand the safety rules and requirements in the workplace
- Attend safety meetings and take all safety classes, as needed
- Ensure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs and other safety issues are reported promptly
- Responsible for filling out equipment report before usage
- Responsible for meeting operational efficiency goals
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months warehouse experience
- High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment safely
- Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. for an extended period of time

Summary :
The Warehouse Worker will efficiently and effectively move inbound and outbound product through the warehouse for delivery.
This position may be responsible for one or more of the following job duties : Receiving, Stocking, and Loading. The hours for this role are from 10 am until close.

- Operate other warehouse equipment, as needed
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

Cdl driver
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times
- Deliver products as invoiced to specified licensed retailers
- Check-in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner
- Collect and return all payments as required
- Account for all invoices of merchandise delivered and merchandise returned
- Complete appropriate paperwork throughout the delivery process
- Ensure truck service and safety issues are reported daily
- Maintain an accurate DOT log book, if required
- Follow DOT Regulations at all times
- Attend monthly safety meetings
- Attend required safety courses and other classes as needed
- Report any local, state or federal moving violations to management
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Safety Sensitive position
- High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of driver experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid CMV / CDL / Class A or B license
- Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. for an extended period of time.
