Description of Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze all customer orders in the beginning of the Season before EDI application to ensure all data is correct
  • Process all EDI orders in SAP.
  • Analyze all discrepancies and advise Sales Manager and Sales Administration. Correct the data in SAP after disposition is received from the Sales Manager.
  • Create Shipping Analysis daily for the dedicated brand to keep the Sales Manager and Sales Administration abreast of shipping status.
  • Work with warehouse for all special requests.
  • Work closely with Customer Service in Milan to monitor the shipping status for the upcoming season.
  • Create a weekly report updating the status for the season, including the status of the open balances.
  • Participate in a weekly shipping meeting with the sales team.
  • Work closely with Logistics Department to keep abreast of incoming receiving from Italy.
  • Request credit approval on accounts.
  • Maintain orders for all accounts ensuring punctual shipments, expedient processing of special / additional orders throughout the collection season.

Qualifications

  • High proficiency of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent organizational and multi-talking skills adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Preferred : Knowledge of SAP system
  • Preferred : Knowledge of Ticketing systems
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in the field

As the Site Merchandiser, E-Commerce, you will be collaborating with Manager, Merchandising E-Commerce on the larger scope of the business.

You will be responsible for the functional experience inclusive of business management, online site merchandising, driving and maximizing the online revenue and profit of the overall E-Commerce business across all brands.

Description of Responsibilities

  • Driving and maximizing online revenue.
  • Providing support to Manager, Merchandising E-Commerce during planning and deployment of efficient site merchandising strategies across all brands that balances customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
  • Develops hypothesis to improve key performance metrics and manages a testing plan, in order to drive quick experimentation on quantifiable improvements to the customer experience.
  • Analyses sales figures, customers reactions data and market trends
  • Partner with buying and creative teams to ensure product page set-up aligns with strategic intent by maintaining and updating site standards of page creation.
  • Providing support to Digital Marketing Manager in developing and accessing overall editorial calendar to ensure that the Armani brand initiatives are based on seasonality, customer interest, and strategic interest.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the E-Commerce business inclusive of business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies to facilitate channel planning and competitive strategies to gain alignment and drive consistency in our go to market programs.

Overview of Critical Duties

  • Provides expertise on E-Commerce industry best practices and keeps abreast on latest disruptions / trends / new technologies in the digital landscape.
  • Consults all cross-functional projects to ensure E-Commerce principles are incorporated.
  • Collaborates with Digital Marketing to ensure the overall customer experience.
  • Interact professional and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts with emphasis on company interests.

Background / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge on business management, online site merchandising, product management.

  • Advanced business acumen and analytical skills, ability to control financial metrics required to achieve profit objectives.

Position Overview :

The Stock Associate is responsible for the flow of merchandise from the point of delivery to the sales floor.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Process units while ensuring all merchandise is stocked in a quick, orderly and accurate manner.
  • Maintains a clean and organized sales floor and stock room that meets both visual and operational standards.
  • Ensures markdowns, price changes, and damages are accurate and completed within the time frames given.
  • Ensures the sales floor is stocked and replenished with the appropriate merchandise to meet visual standards.
