Cabin Cleaner Agents provide support to GAT's airline clients by performing a variety of ground handling services while providing clients and passengers with prompt, friendly, and courteous service.
Job Responsibilities :
Perform cosmetic arrangement of seat belts, headrests, etc.
Helps prepare cabin for Customer boarding and departure, which can include cleaning of seats, seat pockets, floor, galleys and lavatories
Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, cockpit, galleys and lavatories.
Checking, handling, assembling, removing, and installing passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to list specifications and cleaning must be highly detailed and specific to ensure all areas are completely free of dirt, debris, marks, fingerprints, etc.
Assist Ramp agents when Cabin Cleaning is complete.
Load and unload passenger baggage and / or freight and cargo to / from aircraft bins, bag carts, and / or conveyor belts.
Transports loaded bags and / or freight and cargo to / from aircraft and / or airport terminals
Drives and / or operates ground support equipment
Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights
Marshals aircrafts during arrival and departures
Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights
Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags
Follows and complies with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier rules and regulations

Job Duties :
- General Managers must be able to conduct monthly safety meetings for all employees (without exception).

- Able to communicate and instill safety awareness in all employees including new hires. Work in conjunction with Customer to determine manpower requirements for group movements, peak travel holidays, out of scope and flight schedule changes.
- Oversee recruiting and placement efforts to ensure staffing levels meet requirements and exercise best possible effort to follow any instructions provided by Customer or their designee regarding standards, procedures and practices.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies including FAA, OSHA, EPA, US Dept. of Labor and EEOC.
- Investigate, report and implement corrective action for any incident of aircraft damage or employee injury and conduct / participate in employee coaching and counseling as necessary.

- Review all daily, weekly and monthly operational reports to ensure proper dissemination, including but not limited to, shift reports, disciplinary actions, incident reports, safety meeting minutes, monthly summary report, pay change notices, employee evaluations, work orders, or any other local reporting medium.
- Investigate all service failures including chargeable delays, baggage / cargo / mail mishandling.
- Administer station operational plans such as deicing, FOD, safety, winter operation and baggage plans.
- Complete personnel evaluations on supervisors, administrative assistants and GSE mechanics. Liaise with all customer service, airport, USPS and our customer.
- Respond to and / or investigate concerns reported by customer's supervisory personnel.
- Perform routine visits to the various authorities to discuss issues and concerns. Attend all local airport tenant, security and safety meetings.

Job Summary
Ramp Lead is first and foremost responsible for ensuring a safe work environment for the entire crew while properly safeguarding the aircraft and the flights performance.
By supporting Ramp Agents professional development, this role ensures that Ramp Agents are knowledgeable about ground operations related GAT policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service and on time flight performance.
Leads work with Supervisors and other leaders on staffing, supporting regular and irregular operations, and may provide training to Ramp Agents as necessary.
Job Duties
Ramp Leads must report to work on a regular and timely basis.

Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, and a high degree of attention to detail.
Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must possess good communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality in person and via telephone.
Possess entry-level computer skills
Occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
Pass an extensive post offer pre-employment background check, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check required by federal law
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
