Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills a must.
- Ability to work in a team environment with high volume production essential.
Qualifications :
Prior degree in Baking and / or Pastry from an accredited culinary university preferred

KHC provides the opportunity work for Chef Marc Aumont, a true chocolate artist who creates inventive chocolates, pastries, and chocolate sculptures rooted in classical French technique and inspired by classic New York flavor combinations.

We are currently interviewing for a Host position.

Our Host is able to be efficient and organized with the ability to consistently maintain a composure of supreme professionalism while ensuring the ultimate guest experience inspired by Alsace land of warmth, strength, beauty, and heart.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support to the Maitre d’ by directing guests through the dining room with grace
- Maintain status updates to assist with running the door efficiently
- Keep coat check organized
- Assist with private events hosting, as needed
- Work with Open Table and Resy reservation systems
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Strong desire to strive for excellence and with a dynamic team
- Effective communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate ownership of job responsibilities through focus, determination, and attention to detail with the goal of elevating the guest experience in every interaction.
