JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the liaison between FSG and our customers. Your core priority is addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.

You will handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.

Day-to-day tasks consist of putting proposals together, communicating with their team making calls, and taking meetings.

• Work closely with Business Development Managers to support quoting and closing business.

Description

The Field Recruiter will ensure all recruitment processes, practices, compliance, technology, community resources and tools are used in the field to source quality candidates into open positions in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Consult with management to understand roles to be filled and the profile of ideal candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and measure candidates against a specific job description.
• Handle disposition of both external and internal candidates.
• Provide timely progress updates on prospecting, interview, and placement activity with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Verifies employment eligibility, gathers necessary paperwork, and performs reference and background checks.
• Prepare and extend job offers. Notify all candidates of the hiring decision.
• Track hiring activity, including job posting, hiring decisions, and closing position vacancies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment and the interviewing process, including pre and post-hire employment documentation.
• Ensure a smooth transition post-hire and assess hiring manager and new hire satisfaction.
• Assist the HR department with other human resources areas such as office recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and activity planning, and employee customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• Have 3+ years of sourcing / recruiting experience, ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.
• Experience in ATS systems.
• Proven success in managing the entire recruiting process.
• Have the ability to implement new, innovative methods for sourcing talent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

As a Journeyman Electrician you will plan layouts, install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment for commercial lighting.

A Journeyman Electrician will :

• Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follows diagrams or blueprints, ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before completion of future walls, ceilings, and flooring.
• Plans new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications, safety codes and local electrical codes.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
• Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels; installs Buss, Busbar, electrical feeders, power systems and / or switch gear.
• Repairs faulty equipment or systems.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
• Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
• Meets attendance standards and complies with late / absence notification procedures.
• Maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Apprentice Electrician you will work under the guidance of a Journeyman level electrician assisting in the installation, alteration, addition, and / or repair of electrical systems on commercial work sites.

The ideal candidate will be working towards a career in the trade with Facility Solutions Group.

An Apprentice Electrician will :

• Gather tools and supplies to be used at work site.
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit.
• Trace out short circuits in wiring.
• Assist in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects such as wiring, conduit, and motors.
• Maintain tools and equipment and keeps supplies and parts in order.
• Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
• Help in securing, relocating and organizing materials, small tools, and equipment from and back to appropriate storage areas.
• Keep work area clean by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials, and refuse.
• Assists in pulling wire, lifting, hoisting and positioning materials.
• May operate hand tools and equipment under direct supervision of a Foreman or more senior electrician.
• Assists in mounting and strapping conduit.
• Assists more senior personnel in electrical installations, connections, and terminations under close supervision.
• Performs other project related duties and assignments as instructed by supervisor.
• An apprentice electrician will not work on energized circuits or equipment.
