Senior graphic designer
The Senior Graphic Designer develops and executes creative concepts for effective recruitment, retention and fundraising communications including one- to four-color print publications, digital advertising, and online communications.

- Collaborates with internal team and other administrators and faculty to develop marketing and communications materials (print and online, including art for websites and social media).
- Conceptualizes, implements, and art directs multi-platform campaigns that support overall University and departmental strategic goals.
- Manages the production life cycle of projects from design development to delivery of finished materials, including sending proofs, receiving feedback from clients, and analyzing metrics.
- Collaborates with senior management and the University design team to create and maintain the University’s visual brand.
Participates in the development and enforcement of University graphic identity standards.
- Assists in the management of a digital asset management system and enforcement of metadata standards and uniform uploading processes.
- Works with in-house and third-party photographers for events and general campus photo shoots and art direct photo shoots as needed.
- Communicates with outside vendors on projects as needed.
Additional Functions Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or communications design.
- Minimum of seven years experience in print and online publications and graphics including website design, print and online advertising, and email marketing
- Understanding of user interface design and basic HTML and CSS.
- Ability to think critically and develop advanced, creative designs based on concepts and the target audience.
- Ability to conceptualize and implement multi-platform campaigns that support overall University strategic goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines within budget.
- Experience with photography including digital cameras and scanning and digital asset management.
- Demonstrated Mac OS X experience, and expert knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; working knowledge of MS Office suite, Filemaker Pro and Web authoring software a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Minimum Starting Salary $75,000 Maximum Starting Salary $80,000 Note Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.

Cleaner
Provides cleaning and portering services throughout the University complex. Essential Functions
- Provides cleaning and portering services in both academic and residential University buildings.
- Removes recyclables and trash in accordance with University procedures.
- Delivers mail in the buildings.
- Rearranges furniture and does move jobs when requested to do so.
- Keeps building entrances and perimeters free of snow, ice, leaves, garbage, etc. as the need arises.
- Must sign in and out for all keys.
- Assumes responsibilities for all types of floor and carpet work.
- Performs other duties as required.
Additional Functions HOURS : Monday to Friday
6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six (6) months to one-year prior cleaning experience, or related experience
- Must be able to read English and follow written instructions.
- Must have knowledge of general cleaning techniques and preventative maintenance : including standard use of power washers, standup vacuums & backpack vacuums
- Knowledge of effective and safe usage of all floor machines.
- Knowledge of usage of handheld tools.

Supervising counselor
The Supervising Counselor provides direct clinical services, including triage assessments, psychotherapy / counseling and crisis intervention to a diverse undergraduate and graduate student population. Essential Functions
- Provides consultation to faculty, administrators, families and community providers about students of concern and campus wide mental health issues.
- Supports the coordination, promotion and implementation of CPS’ peer counseling / support program.
- Provides clinical supervision to pre-doctoral externs, post-graduate fellows, psychiatric residents and mental health counseling / social work interns
- Participates in CPS training, multidisciplinary and administrative team meetings.
- Participates in Student Affairs and University wide events and programs as assigned.
- Performs administrative duties as assigned.
Additional Functions Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a mental health related field (clinical or counseling psychology, social work, mental health counseling) from an accredited program.
- Licensed or license eligible as a mental health provider in New York State.
- Minimum one year of experience and demonstrated competency with providing clinical services, outreach and primary prevention in a university mental health setting.
- Demonstrated interest and experience with promoting social justice and working with students from underrepresented and underserved students.
- Dedication to learning about, understanding and supporting the care of students and the vocation of student affairs in the context of Fordham University’s Jesuit tradition.
Preferred Qualifications Minimum Starting Salary $65,000 Maximum Starting Salary $68,500 Note Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
