The Opportunity

We are looking for a Vendor Security Analyst to Conduct detailed vendor risk assessments, working closely with key external and internal partners, to identify and evaluate risks before establishing or continuing operations with third-party vendors.

You Will

• Ensure vendor due diligence is conducted for all New and renewing Vendors
• Annual reassessment for all Critical Risk Vendors
• Participate in regulatory, risk and audits issues
• Engage with business process owners, members of Procurement, Finance, Legal and Security Operations teams to review contracts / service agreements adding necessary Vendor Security Addendum and Data Processing requirements
• Coordinate the communication between vendors and Flexport business owners
• Work with Key Procurement Stakeholders, IT and Legal to define and review contractual clauses pertaining to security
• Participate in other compliance, Privacy and security projects on an ad hoc basis.
• Enforce the IT common control framework to ensure alignment with IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements

You Should Have

• 3+ years experience in related vendor oversight field
• Knowledge of FedRamp, ISO 2700, NIST 800-53, SOX and SOC
• BS / BA / MBA / Graduate, preferably in accounting / finance, information systems, business administration, economics, or technology perferred
• Understanding of Operational Risk and Controls frameworks
• Understanding of procurement & Risk Processes
• Track record for demonstrating initiative and motivation, working independently and being held accountable for high levels of performance with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple task

We're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to join the Technology Office in direct support our EVP, Fulfillment and Parcel Delivery Product and Tech and EVP, Enterprise & 4PL Product and Technology.

Demonstrated track record of identifying opportunities to improve the client relationship, cross-sell products, and grow customers through a consultative approach

A background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is preferred but not required.

You should have :

5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, Product Analyst, or similar role

Strong SQL fluency required from building entire ERDs of tables containing complex logic to analyzing those datasets into consumable insights for the business.

Professional familiarity with applied statistics and scripting languages like Python or R (python preferred)

Experience ELT data modeling, especially with dbt (data build tool) is a plus; building analytical narratives using data visualizations (Looker is a plus)

We are looking for an FP&A leader to partner with executives in our Ocean business. The company transacts with partners around the world with on-the-ground operations teams in the U.

S, China, Hong Kong, and Amsterdam. You will be the strategic financial advisor to the Senior Vice President of Ocean. You will own the controllership, financial strategy and analytical excellence of the Ocean business while also partnering closely with Ocean Business Leaders to ensure high levels of financial and operational rigor.
