You will coordinate client requests by working with multiple internal departments, including portfolio management, sales, service, and more.

The Day-to-Day :

  • Establish and clear accounts and resolve documentation and transfer issues

Your Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Commitment to maintain quality of work while sticking to a timeline
  • You meet challenges head-on. You learn from your setbacks and work towards improvement
  • You are engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email

Compensation :

  • $50,000 - $65,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance

  • Over the last 3 years, approximately 40% of our Account Executives have made over $100,000 in their first year in the role

As a Payroll Project Manager, you will play an important part maintaining and improving the performance of the system by coordinating and leading projects within our payroll platform.

You will contribute to building and testing new processes and technologies, utilizing your experiences to standardize complex processes, while working with a team of experienced and dedicated professionals across multiple business units.

You will report to the AVP of Payroll for support and development.

The Day-to-Day :

Provide technical support for payroll system, resolving end-user issues and errors

Help with development and rollout of new payroll applications

Lead new and ongoing projects supporting payroll technology

Produce custom reports within payroll and Human Capital systems

Create and standardize payroll processes

Gather and translate business requirements into specifications

Your Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information systems or related field

3+ years of experience providing technical support for a Payroll or HRIS platform

1+ year of experience coordinating projects
