About the role :

Utilize 3rd party software, Onboard, to manage tasks assigned to partners

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a continuous understanding of client goals, deadlines and challenges, leading changes in approach as necessary.

Implement according to Payrix standards, and be flexible enough to meet the needs of assigned clients.

Manage initial scope of work and be responsible for addressing scope changes to meet client needs.

Responds to customer product inquiries via phone or in writing via internet-based chat sessions or email.

Builds expert level knowledge of company products and services, and may be tasked to introduce new products.

About the team :

The WealthStation Product Manager will work primarily within the Capital Markets group across Product Management, Product Development, Customers, and Sales & Marketing to detail requirements and specifications needed to implement enhancements to the WealthStation solutions relative to both brokers, advisors and client facing solutions.

The Product Manager will promote the product and vision as defined by the Capital Markets Strategy & Product Management teams.

  • Promote product and vision as defined by the Securities Processing Group & Product Management team leadership.

  • Work closely with Product Development throughout software development life cycle to ensure success of development initiatives
  • Assist Product Development with creation of use cases and test scripts for development projects.

  • Work closely with other FIS business units to provide updates on product roadmap and enhancements, including regulatory and industry initiatives.

  • Develop and implement a product roadmap, product plans, business cases including cost analysis and ROIs.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and plans, forecasting, pricing and positioning of the new product offerings.
  • Participate in Industry committees, sub-committees and working groups, as needed.
  • Provide internal and external training for new products and features.
  • Lead user groups and working groups composed of clients and FIS personnel to provide information on product and industry initiatives.

What you bring :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial services industry, product management and product development, preferably in retail banking, securities operations or broker-dealer operations
  • Strong knowledge of the securities industry, especially the retail sector (financial instruments, rules and regulations, workflows, processing, major players, trends, etc.) a must.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Knowledge of FIS Securities Processing operations preferred.
  • Proven ability to research, analyze and generate scope and business requirements documents and product roadmap.

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Data Warehouse Analyst II in Pasadena, CA to provide support for data warehousing initiatives and monitor data warehousing system to ensure reliability and accuracy of information loaded into databases.

Analyze logical and physical database models ensuring models are in accordance with standards. Perform analysis and testing of relational databases and investigates any data load failures or data retrieval issues.

Design, develop and implement data mining tools and analysis to shift through large amounts of data stored in a data warehouse or data mart to find relationships and patterns.

Conduct analysis and designs sessions with business as well as other technology teams. Generate and prepare reports to support business objectives.

Assist in identifying and prioritizing business information needs and defining business benefit of data warehousing. Provide advice and guidance on data warehousing approaches and solutions and use of data warehousing methodology.

Responsible for supporting architecture and design of data warehouse, data marts and business intelligence reports and integration in support of various data initiatives.

Identify data warehousing issues and assists in their resolution. Identify process improvements and provides strategic direction.

Provide onsite or remote, Data Warehouse training and consulting services to various client(s) and their IT team to generate to implement and maintain data warehousing products.

Provide leadership and guidance to other technical professionals

SALARY : Offered salary is between $116,085.00 and $116,085.00 per year

  • REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation : developing PL-SQL code, tuning System Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Development and Documentation;
  • designing data structures / dimensional models in all areas of data warehouse; creating, updating, and maintaining project documentations including requirement specifications, functional design, data mapping, and report specifications;
  • defining detailed business rules for validating and transforming data for end-user reports; analyzing source data systems to identify and document complex data mapping, business rule analysis, functional and non- functional requirements;

trouble-shooting, identifying, understanding, assessing, prioritizing, documenting, and communicating requirements, risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks in data warehousing.

In the alternative, the employer will accept three (3) years of study towards a Bachelor’s degree in the above or related fields and two (2) years of work experience to satisfy the Bachelor’s degree requirement.

  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, TypeScript, NodeJS, NestJS, and Material design.
  • Familiarity with monorepo based development toolsets such as Nx.
  • Experience of working in DevOps environments with high degree of automation of CI / CD pipelines, build promotions and code quality testing
  • Expertise of using Kubernetes and Dockers for deployments in development, QA, and Production
  • Experience with Cloud native databases such as PostgreSQL, CosmosDB etc.

Educational requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
