Summary :
Properly greets each guest within 2 minutes with a friendly, sincere smile. Provide each guest with
professional, efficient service according to Fin & Feathers standard to ensure the proper experience.
Necessary duties & responsibilities :
Completes all opening side work assigned prior to opening.
Responsible for complying to all restaurant policies and procedures outlined in employee handbook.
Participates in all pre-shift meetings.
Possess the ability to inform guests of ingredients & preparation of all menu items.
The ability to suggestively sell appetizers, specials and call drinks to guests.
The ability to cooperate well with others to create a positive team spirit.
Can anticipate and respond quickly to quest needs to guarantee a great experience.
Responsible to maintain a professional appearance through good hygiene and a proper clean uniform.
Able to remain calm under pressure always treating guests and co-works with respect.
Are responsible for the order & cleanliness of the bar through out your entire shift.
Possess the ability to offer a helping hand to co-workers as needed per availability.
Can combine tasks to increase productivity and in turn create a better guest experience.
Provides a better value to guest by building relationships to increase repeat business.
Can bend and lift up to 50 lbs. during shift.
Is able to stand / walk continually for up to / and or exceeding 8 hours.

Responsibilities will include the following :
- Select and Train employees
- Maintain food quality
- Preserve store presentation through daily inspection
- Create great guest experience with staff coaching and mentoring
- Communication clearly and supportively to staff
- Toast POS knowledge a plus
Requirements : Applicants should have a minimum 2 years restaurant management experience. Possess the ability to multi task and determine where they are needed the most at any given time.
Must be able to work a varied schedule and have fun working it.
Compensation based on experience.
