POSITION SPECIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related financial field required
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in auditing experience or related business experience required
  • Experience serving as in-charge or lead auditor preferred or equivalent
  • Experience of data analysis tools, techniques and practices commonly used to strengthen audit and continuous audit methodologies required

MAJOR DUTIES :

Work with Internal Audit leadership to develop data acquisition for Internal Audit. Understand different methods available to acquire data.

Proactively lead discussions and mange process with members of IT organization to acquire data on appropriate cadence.

  • Develop understanding of database architecture for key applications. Develop scripts and perform ad hoc analysis.
  • Work with Internal Audit leadership to implement data analysis governance within Internal Audit including documentation and script review quality assurance process.
  • Manage the completion of assigned Internal Audit engagements and special projects.
  • Communicate audit results and recommendations with Internal Audit, Business Unit and / or Service Provider Management.
  • Draft / assist in the drafting of audit reports.

HOURS / LOCATION :

  • 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. Standard business hours
  • Hybrid schedule

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-year administrative experience or internship experience required
  • Financial Industry and / or mutual fund industry experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience including Word and Excel required; SharePoint preferred

MAJOR DUTIES :

  • Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives
  • Make travel arrangements, prepare seminar / conference registrations for sales representatives
  • Generate reports, presentations, or other documents as requested
  • Maintain departmental website
  • Order supplies for the sales representatives and department.
  • Route and deliver Marketing Support payments and check requisitions daily
  • Open, sort, prioritize and forward mail
  • Receive and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review
  • Enter data into CRM database, experience with a CRM tool is a plus
  • Perform other specific administrative duties as assigned by the unit, department or division

HOURS / LOCATION :
