Recruiter - Team Builder

The Farmers Insurance District Office is looking to fill the Recruiter roll in our Downtown (River Market) location. This position is responsible for attracting and identifying high quality individuals for opportunities in our Agencies around the Kansas City area.

Responsibilities
Day in the Life" Activities :
- Pull new resumes and review for qualifications
- Put candidates of interest into our recruiting system to build our follow up campaign
- Reach out to top candidates to do a phone screen to see if they seem like a good fit and understand the opportunity
- If that goes well, set up an interview with them
- Send out daily interview reminders for upcoming events
- Reach out to candidates that are moving forward in the process, to check in with them to see if they have questions or need anything.
- Conduct interviews
- Send follow up materials to recent interviewees
- Communicate on LInkedIn with people that have expressed interest
- Check on job postings to be sure they have maximum visibility and appeal
Less Frequent Activities :
- Identify recruiting events and lead the execution of them
- Set up. / maintain drip campaigns
- Connect with local universities career center
- Drop in at local insurance agencies to build networks
- Attend networking events

- Computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote - must be able to pick up moderately challenging software, quickly

Customer service
Our fast-paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill an entry level position. This position is part time, scheduling appointments or calling our contacts for new clients needing new insurance quotes or coverage reviews, Position is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12 : 00-5 : 00 (days and hours are flexible) Apply now and we will contact you about the next steps in the interview process.

Responsibilities
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
- Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
