Head Baker
We're looking for a highly motivated, growth-oriented Head Baker as we take Farine Bakery & Cafe to the next level of expansion!
Farine Bakery & Cafe is a unique blend of bakery and bistro, focusing on our scratch-made breads and pastries as the basis for our menu offering.
Our cuisine is a blend of Western European influence (Belgium, France) and Pacific Northwest tastes.
The Head Baker position will be responsible for the 2 current locations (with growth for 2-3 more locations in the next 2-3 years), with a base of operations in Bellevue.
The bakery is fully furnished with top of the line, new equipment (less than a year old).
This position plays a role in key business decisions, and is responsible for the development and growth of bakery talent.
This role collaborates with the Creative Director on menu development and creation, working together on seasonal and long-term menu changes and innovaiotion.
