We are hiring a Recruiter to recruit, research, interview, screen, and refer top candidates for job openings. This individual will collaborate with management across multiple departments to fill positions in a timely manner.

Compensation : Commensurate with experience starting at $62,236.00 per year.

How you will make an impact :

  • Facilitates the recruiting process
  • Works with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection.
  • Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Sources top-level talent and makes appropriate referrals to Hiring Managers to further screen / interview candidates for hire.
  • Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Develops and coordinates internal job posting programs and writes job postings.
  • Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants at events such as job fairs.
  • Utilizes internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants
  • Arranges travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants
  • Performs reference and background checks on applicants
  • Coordinates communications with applicants regarding hire.
  • Files and maintains employment records for future references with Human Resources.
  • Works closely with departments during new employee orientation
  • Maintain personal contact with new employees through the new hire period.

How you will make an impact :

  • Provide financial and business support to the Executive Director / Director of Operations and the Community Management Team.
  • Review monthly financial performance to understand and mitigate operating variances
  • Complete monthly internal financial statements and reports for management
  • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in cooperation with department managers
  • Serve as the key point of contact for the resident billing processes including problem resolution.
  • Perform special financial analysis to highlight business opportunities / issues and recommend solutions to enhance Community performance.
