Marketing Manager General Description Equiscript, LLC is seeking an organized, creative professional to join our growing team as a Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager will lead the creation of marketing programs to support the company, with an emphasis on facilitating increased levels of partnership with our existing clients.
This position will manage pieces of Equiscript’s corporate marketing program including blog and social marketing, content, and distribution;
client newsletters; client satisfaction surveys; and Client Success marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager works closely with the Marketing team, supporting branding, writing, design, employee communications, and marketing program management initiatives and also works closely with the Client Sales and Client Success teams, bringing new and innovative ideas to help build Equiscipt’s relationships with prospects and clients.
The ideal candidate for this role is energetic, smart, creative, dependable, organized, customer-focused, and innovative.
We want someone who can write and edit a marketing masterpiece, and then switch gears to support our sales teams. This will require a motivated person, who is interested in learning more about marketing and sales, who wants to build a career with a growing, dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities Develops and leads marketing initiatives to engage clients and prospects Works as a member of the Marketing team, leading corporate projects as assigned Leads marketing efforts in assigned verticals - for example, Client Sales, Client Success, Employee Engagement Develops and implements marketing and collateral plans Writes, proofreads, and helps design collateral and presentations Contributes strategic, written, management, and design work product Ensures consistency of branding Understands how our Client Relationship Management system, Salesforce.
com interfaces with our Marketing Automation system, Hubspot Manages content on company websites Manages distribution of marketing campaigns, as assigned, through Salesforce.
com, Hubspot and other media Serves as a liaison for outside marketing and PR agencies and contractors Assists with the development and distribution of press releases and media materials Manages webinar event creation, promotion, preparation, and execution Assists in the planning and development of company videos Prepares responses to inquiries from media and public Assists with the creation of sales presentations Updates client and prospect information in Salesforce.
