Environmental Technicians are first-line respondents that are cross-trained to provide countless services to various industries.

These services can include but are not limited to emergency response and remediation. Technicians are expected to be available to respond to emergency / time-critical incidents, chemical releases, natural disasters, derailments, transloading activities, soil excavations and water-way responses.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Driver's license
  • The ability to obtain required endorsements
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends when needed
  • Current 29 CFR 1910.120 (e) requirements and other certifications a plus, but not required

EnviroServe is looking for dedicated individuals who will :

  • Regularly participate in communication meetings with the team
  • Help drive growth and create a collaborative culture
  • Drive a motor vehicle and operate a powered piece of equipment
  • Assist in the set up and tear down of job site.
  • Use small hand-tools, squeegees, shovels and brooms as well as wipes, absorbent boom and pads to contain and remediate impacted soils and waters
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Environment :

Team members will work outdoors in various weather conditions. Driving and working in all different types of terrain. Team members are occasionally required to wear PPE, such as respirators and protective clothing.

All needed PPE is provided to the team member.

EnviroServe is hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Celveland, OH.

The position will hold the title of Account Coordinator and will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager, National Sales team and Project Managers with planning, organizing, and directing the completion of projects while helping to ensure these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

You will be required to interact with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information and provide guidance.

In addition, you will monitor the resources expended on multiple customer projects providing cost estimates and summaries prior to final invoicing.

EnviroServe projects are related to hazardous and specialized waste transportation, remediation, and disposal.

Job responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries for information and documents related to upcoming or completed jobs
  • Obtain quotes and pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Assist with the preparation of reports for completed projects
  • Maintain and update information within company's project database program
  • Format and proofread documents
  • Utilize on-line or written sources to compile reports for sales and operational purposes
  • Look up information online such as Material Safety Data Sheets, federal and state laws and regulations, and addresses and contact info
  • Fill-out waste profiles and other paperwork related to hazardous waste disposal
  • Assist with data-entry for cost monitoring and invoicing of on-going projects
  • Be a hub of communication between the sales manager and field employees, our customer, and operations.

Skills / Qualifications :

  • The ideal candidate will :
  • be comfortable reading material related to scientific, regulatory, and business topics
  • Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Work with minimal supervision and manage their time and resources
  • Have a creative thought process
  • Experience with RCRA and DOT regulations is a plus.
