Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Partnerships : Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders within the organization. Understand their hiring needs, provide guidance and consultation on recruitment best practices, and act as a trusted partner throughout the process.
  • Recruitment Planning : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify short and long-term temporary staffing needs and assist in creating and executing a comprehensive recruitment plan.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and timelines.

Talent Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods, to identify and attract qualified claims professionals for temporary assignments.

Work closely with operations managers to define profiles and requirements.

Candidate Evaluation : Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews when applicable.

Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.

  • Contribute to Brand Initiatives : Attend job fairs, tradeshows, and conferences; organize recruitment events, and create compelling job advertisements.
  • Metrics and Reporting : Collaborate on establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness.

Contribute to providing regular reports and analysis on recruitment activities.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with industry and professional organizations to expand our talent network.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
  • Travel : Fulfill a 10% travel requirement, visit job fairs, attend industry events, and conduct candidate interviews as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in temporary staffing, recruiting, or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Sound decision-making
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with various sourcing methods and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, and positively represent Eberl with internal and external partners.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ability to discretely handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Proficiency in a variety of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
  • Proven track record of engaging passive candidates, building diverse pipelines, and providing inclusive candidate experiences in a highly competitive market.
