Hotel Front Desk Receptionist
We’re looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel.
You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Responsibilities :
- Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
- Field customer complaints when necessary
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
- Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
- General bookkeeping : ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications :
- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
- Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills

Conference coordinator

This is a Sales Department position onsite at the Courtyard New York Midtown West, position is Not remote. The Sales & Conference Coordinator is an Administrative position;
This is Not a sales position.
Reports directly to the Director of Sales and serves as a support to the Sales Department.
Key responsibilities include interfacing with clients and meeting planners, detailing groups and events, coordinating with other hotel departments, business research, and running / organizing reports.
Must be Detail-Oriented with strong Excel, PowerPoint, Delphi, and communication skills, highly organized with the ability to balance several deadlines.
Minimum high school diploma and 2 years of college Required.

Each responsibility of the Sales & Conference Coordinator involves a high level of attention to detail and Strong organizational skills.
- Generate sales reports
- Assist in producing marketing / promotional materials or events
- Manage expense reports, sales department purchasing, and expense budget
- Maintain sales files and enter data in Delphi, cross reference with PMS / rooming lists
- Handle phone calls, pre-screen incoming leads, conduct site inspections
- Arrange guest amenities
- Organize sales meetings
- Create weekly sales resumes in preparation for group arrivals and collaborate with operations
- Communicate with Catering Manager to maintain the meeting space calendar and availability
- Work with the Director of Sales, sales team, operations, and revenue management to support revenue goals
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications :
- Marriott Brand experience is highly preferred
- Minimum High school diploma 2 or more years of college Required
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant desired

- You have two or more years of hotel administrative or executive administrative experience
- You are a problem-solver
- You possess strong organizational skills, exceptional verbal and writing abilities
- You show proven experience in Delphi, PMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint or equivalent
