Copywriter to join our Marketing team promoting public speakers through our website, email marketing, and on social media.
This role supports our agency by helping onboard new speakers to our website, maintaining all website content, and creating high-volume sales copy written for target audiences.
This role includes writing short-form sales copy, long-form SEO blog content, and more, with an eye toward creating a holistic brand message for the speaker and the agency overall.

Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread copy on deadline, juggling multiple competing priorities
- Maintain best practices including the Style Guide across all copywriting
- Collaborate with colleagues through Outlook, Teams, and especially Asana for task and project management
- Manage competing priorities with transparency, asking for support when needed and lending support when possible
- Engage and collaborate across the company to market our clients
- Participate in client calls to determine updated marketing needs and opportunities, while representing HWA
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of full-time copywriting experience, ideally in a multidisciplinary organization
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas through writing, in internal and external messaging, and in meetings
- Solutions-oriented growth mindset approach, seeing challenges as opportunities
- Ability to juggle several projects at one time and be flexible with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn programs including our Content Management System, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Asana, iContact, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Canva (familiarity with all these programs is not a requirement)

Position Summary :
This position is responsible for leading UFC’s international Social Media team, with members in Canada, Russia, and Asia-Pacific.
The position will manage UFC’s international social activities across all platforms, with a focus on international relationships and initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Oversees UFC’s Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, and other social media platforms and contributes to UFC’s global account management.
- Drives communication between UFC Headquarters in Las Vegas and offices in Brazil, UK, Asia, Canada, and Russia.
- Alongside other Social Media team leaders manages the creation and presentation of a departmental 3-year strategic plan.
- Periodically reports social media metrics, event performance, progress on athlete development initiatives, and other notable social media related items to the Executive team.
- Manages relationships with vendors in remit territories includes contracts, communications, reporting, etc.
- Maintains up-to-date reports from international social media analytical tools and makes recommendations UFC department heads on strategies for maximizing business development opportunities.

Skills & Experience :
- Previous management experience
- 7+ years experience working within social media
- Experience within sports, entertainment or live events is a plus
- Advanced level user familiarity with various social media platforms
- Knowledge and understanding of international practices and trends in social media
- Previous experience managing vendor relationships
- Familiarity with reporting and analytical tools and benchmarking social media performance against key performance indicators
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-task, fast-paced environment
- Ability to research and test new platforms as well as consistently staying on top of new technology and updates to existing social media platforms

The Media Planner will be responsible for planning and managing media plans that translate clients’ marketing and advertising objectives into strategic, cross-platform media campaigns.

IMG is seeking a data-driven search engine optimization expert to join the team as SEO Manager. The successful candidate will direct all SEO activities, including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase our events’ organic rankings on all major search engines and, in turn, drive meaningful revenue impact for the portfolio.
Key responsibilities & Accountabilities :
Research, develop, and implement successful SEO strategies
Partner with engineers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on new and existing sites
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
Partner with marketing teams and copywriters to drive SEO in content creation and programming
Conduct keyword research to guide content marketing efforts
Direct off-page optimization initiatives (ie. link building)
