Essential Functions of the Inside Sales Representative :
- Assist customers with equipment, parts, and service needs.
- Order entry into ERP system navigating through the system for reference information.
- Respond to needs of internal customers.
- Review job schedules and collaborate with teammates to meet due dates to fulfill orders for customers.
- Facilitate Return Material Authorizations (RMA) for parts being returned.
- Follow up on open orders, RMA’s, quotes, etc. to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements of the Inside Sales Representative :
- 2 4-year degree in a business-sales-marketing field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service experience (on the phones, promoting products / parts, sales initiatives, building relationships)
- Proficiency in MS Excel required, and ERP system preferred
- Willingness to learn, willing to work through a lot of change, and comfortable adapting to shifting priorities
