EMSL Analytical, Inc. one of the largest environmental testing firms in the U.S., is currently seeking an experienced full time Recruiter at our Corporate Headquarters located in Cinnaminson, NJ.

To start, this position will be Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days off site. To work with the Recruiting Director and recruiting team to assist with all recruiting tasks associated with the recruiting process.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for expertly sourcing, screening and delivering top talent.

Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.

This role requires a high touch focus with both the candidates and the hiring managers.

Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.

Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand their hiring needs and the specifications of open job requisitions.

Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to fulfill hiring needs which will include relationship-building, passive recruitment on Internet / social media sites, heavy networking within the industry, obtaining referrals and attending college / job fairs.

Successfully handle a high requisition load and maintain clear communication with both candidates and hiring managers.

Collect, process, and maintain applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results.

Responsible for providing a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills :

Experience with Taleo or other ATS a plus.

2-3 Years of Recruiting experience in both an agency and corporate setting is strongly preferred.

Expert knowledge of social media / Internet recruitment, particularly LinkedIn.

Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Word & Excel skills.
