Job Role :
- Candidate will provide techno functional leadership in Merchant Service provider business domain to bring in WorldPay as the MSP instead of Chase Paymentech.
- Candidate will serve as a cross-program role to ensure quality of the deliverables within their areas of expertise and drives innovation and strategic solutions within global, mission-critical, large-scale programs.
Manages the functional scope of project, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a large, strategic, multi-year program and will also provide guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation.
Candidate will lead implementation / conversion strategy planning and implementation and will manage scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control and requirements traceability.
This Business Analyst will be responsible for :
- Eliciting, challenging, and prioritizing requirements
- Creation of User Stories covering Business and Functional Requirements for projects large and small, ranging from small functional enhancements to large multi-year transformation projects.
- Driving business architectural solutions focused on flexibility, time to market and re-usability
- Working with business and technology partners to provide a seamless experience to users both internal and external when interacting with Chase Paymentech or World Pay MSP systems
- Supporting testing of new or enhanced applications and / or systems and providing guidance to team members on complex testing tasks including case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution
- Working with business and technology teams to develop technology roadmap strategy
