Job Summary :

In a safe, efficient, and professional manner the Electrician is responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company’s line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory.

Is provided a company van and tools and travels to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties. Performs preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds Conducts face to face relationship with Customers in the service of the client’s requirements.

Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and roofing, HVAC, and other skills as needed to solve maintenance problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements. Self performs the following duties in compliance company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards.

  • Performs electrical maintenance (e.g. replace disconnects, replace breakers, add new circuits, troubleshoot electrical controls, etc.).
  • Performs minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems (e.g. unclog toilets and drains, repair leaks in drains and faucets, replace toilets and faucet fixtures as needed, etc.).
  • Performs routine painting, carpentry work, etc., as necessary to maintain our Client’s facilities in like new condition (e.

g. repair a hole in dry-wall, prep the area, and match the paint to present a uniform and original like new appearance).

Completes service inspections and asset inspections as needed.

Fully utilizes technology (tablet, smartphone) to :

Access and complete work orders including notes on services provided.Create and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images and reports.

Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs.

  • Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
  • Creates a positive climate with the client, provides and generates customer satisfaction. Maintains timely and consistent communications with customer and internal support teams.
  • Obtains and completes EFS required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings.
  • Provides estimates for larger projects and services needed to onsite customer.
  • Completes other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications :

  • HS diploma or Degree / Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc), or Specialty Floor Care, preferred.
  • Two to five years mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience in one or more of the building trades.

Knowledge of reading wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. Past background in the landscape, janitorial or construction-related services industries highly preferred.

  • Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.

Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner and communicate work order status via designated business process.

Ability to use and operate handheld device and business systems or document management Database software, including but not limited to Microsoft office, Lotus Notes, MS office (word, Excel).

Comply with all applicable codes, regulation, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.

Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.

  • Maintain adequate knowledge of and comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and Company safety policies at all times.
  • Experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Fully responsible for the successful completion of all aspects of project.
  • Prepares monthly financial forecasts and updates. Ensures that the contract is managed in a manner that meets all contractual requirements and financial goals.

  • Provides adequate and complete information to administration staff to ensure proper processing of all project correspondence, records, reports, etc.

Job Summary : This position is responsible for providing daily cleaning services to each client along with following and maintaining client specifications according to contracts in place.

The Janitor ensures that the client locations meet USM’s Code of Excellence at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Proper maintenance of store areas to include but not limited to janitor’s closet, front entrance, restrooms, break room / training room, sales floor, trash

Janitor’s Closet : Keep clean and in an orderly fashion. (Hang wet mops, empty mop buckets, remove trash, keep roof ladder area clear)

Responsible to ensure that all chemicals and equipment needed are available and in working order. If not, employee must notify supervisor when there are issues

All cleaning solution bottles to be properly labeled

Front entrance to be maintained at all times, chrome polished and sidewalk kept free of debris daily. Clean door saddles, sweep and police trash / discarded cigarettes.

Remove trash from exterior receptacles, wipe receptacles down, and replace liners. Spot clean door glass, wipe window ledges, razor scrape tape from door glass as needed.

Sweep or vacuum entry mat and surrounding area daily, razor scrape gum from exterior pads and floors

Sweep and mop floor daily. Spot scrub floor with a deck brush to remove soil build-up as needed to maintain acceptable level of cleanliness, swing machine to be used from time to time

Break Room / Training Room / Office : Sweep, mop, remove trash and damp wipe countertops and sink area

Sales Floor : Sweep & auto scrub sales floor daily to maintain expected level of cleanliness. Move wing stacks and small displays as necessary to thoroughly clean corners & edges.

Scrape and remove gum spots

Clean windows, doors, and frames by hand or utilizing extension poles

On days of inclement weather, focus is to be given to the entrance flooring and matting

Trash : Disposal of all trash within the designated areas

Ensure all chemicals and equipment needed are available and in working order

Report status of chemical and cleaning supply inventories to Area Supervisor

Properly maintain heavy equipment used on site. This duty is performed on a daily and weekly basis

Complete knowledge of policies and procedures and MSDS sheets.

Inventory : Report chemical and cleaning supplies inventory at least one week prior to complete depletion of stock. Submit paper and plastic order sheet to store management weekly

Perform daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance of auto scrubber to maintain service ability. Immediately report any equipment malfunctions to your direct supervisor

Follow strict guidelines for straining dirty scrubber water to avoid clogging designated drains at all times

Last 15 minutes of shift to be spent restocking and touching up restrooms

All employees must have their personal belongings checked by Store Manger or Security before leaving the store

Job Summary :

EMCOR Services Scalise Industries has an immediate need for a Piping Planner at its office in Lawrence, PA. This position will prepare necessary design and coordination drawings consistent with project plans and specifications.

General Functions and Responsibilities :

Provide necessary design and coordination drawings including :

  • Shop drawings and detail drawings.
  • Sleeve penetration drawings.
  • Coordination drawings.
  • Prefabrication drawings.
  • As-built drawings.
  • Read and understand contract drawings, schedules and specifications.
  • Prepare design / drafting on AutoCAD MEP 2022, Revit 2022 & Navisworks 2022.
