eMaids Franchise is currently looking for a professional, organized and motivated individual to assist with onboarding and support the development of our nationwide network of maid-service franchise partners.

We currently have a nationwide network of franchisees in place who need assistance Your role may include but is not limited to :

• Assist our Franchise support manager on all aspects of the business
• Assist in helping onboard new locations
• Provide training to franchise partners and their assistants on various programs and sales
• Assist in helping set up all their documents and files
• Support our Franchise Manager with all franchise supports needs
• Help manage calendar
• Ad HOC projects as needed
• Taking detailed minute notes during meetings
• Provide recruiting back up when needed

Ideal candidate will have :

• 3 + years Admin Assistant experience
• Computer Skills, Outlook, Google Docs, Word, Excel
• Great multitasking abilities
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely reliable
• Works well under pressure and works well in a face pace environment
• Is comfortable, with no 2 days being the same
• Takes direction, but also things on their feet
• Extremely Organized and Motivated
• Follows systems and procedures
• Very detailed oriented
• Great Computer and Technology Skills
