Sportscenter Attendant
As a Sportscenter attendant you will provide an energetic and engaging experience working with our members in our large indoor quad sports center.
The sports center features a basketball court, turf field and 3 story kids play maze. Our attendants provide elevated customer service standards by creating an engaging and motivating member experience the leads to achieving results.
Who we are : Elite Sports Clubs are Greater Milwaukee's premier family fitness and tennis clubs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Include the following : (other duties may be assigned) Lead kids through a range of afterschool programs ranging from sports, recess games, Engage kids in activities throughout designated spaces, getting them excited to participate.
Participate in daily instruction. This is an active role the requires both the planning and participation of activities.
Lead the kids through a safe and positive afternoon. Be a leader in the space, ready to show up with a positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.

As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service to all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge of Elite Sports Clubs products and services.
Proactively meet the needs of members and accurately answer questions. Responsibilities : Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner at all times Attentively and promptly respond to member needs Admit members by scanning their membership cards and appropriately respond to messages regarding their membership account Process sales transactions for members, including program, service and product payments Collect and properly pass along member paperwork, including address changes, electronic funds transfers, and payments, etc.
