The Data Analyst has a key role within our organization. You will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of all related data in an on-going effort to determine marketing and sales trends.

Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing data analytics, advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, and charts) and experience working with large data sets.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Collect and analyze sales data, identify trends, forecast, and provide additional insights using advanced analytical methods
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the data universe at EIP
  • Transform and cleanse data for efficient and effective reporting processes
  • Review sales data to determine productivity trends
  • Provide accurate reports using both internal and external data sources
  • Prepare and deliver data visualizations based on performance to leadership team, translating analytic insight into actionable recommendations
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights on performance and lead pipeline management
  • Ensure data integrity practices and procedures are implemented and adhered to for quality compliance and to meet industry standards!
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPPA data security requirements
  • Storytelling with data via dashboards and data visualizations and good presentation skills

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics or Datorama
  • Demonstrated ability to write SOQL queries
  • 1-3 years in an analytical role
  • Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, and charts)
  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field such as business / data analytics, statistics, mathematics. Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in quantitative discipline or Marketing

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with SQL, SAQL and other query languages preferred
  • Experience with design and / or maintenance of data environments
  • Communicator with strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record in strategizing and partnering with an executive team on building out an analytics framework based on the business strategy and business questions
