We are helping this organization build out their Chicago-based digital, brand, and ecommerce teams on a direct hire, hybrid basis.

Job Location : This is a hybrid role working remotely in the Chicago area. Our client’s US Headquarters are based in the central region of the United States and the marketing team is situated in Chicago.
Role Type : Our client is open to candidates who are interested in Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire
What you’ll be doing :
- Flex your digital marketing expertise across promotions, email, and social media to uncover and convert consumers into the sales funnel.
- Implement and report on success of associated digital marketing factors such as Conversion Rate Optimization, SEO / SEM, Email, Paid, and Social Media campaigns across digital and off-line channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales to identify new and innovative growth strategies supporting multiple business channels including D2C, Retail, and Industrial.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of demonstrated prowess across digital marketing including D2C, eCommerce, and / or retail marketplaces managing CRO, SEO / SEM, email, social, marketing databases, or display advertising campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Success in managing and developing promotions, customer acquisition + retention, growth campaigns, along with social, email channels.
